AMWA-MAC's Chapter Greet-and-Go at the AMWA 70th Annual Conference
During the AMWA national conference approximately 20 AMWA-MAC members met on Thursday, 11 November 2010, in a great Art Deco reception room at the Milwaukee Hilton City Center. The ceilings were high and the conversation was decorous.
Fifteen of us walked a few blocks to the Rock Bottom Brewery (recommended, with good cause, by HQ staff) to continue our conversations over dinner. The food and libations were excellent, and opinions were candid as we discussed the plenary speakers, courses we were taking, and the joys/travails of medical writing.
And speaking of good times: You can help shape the program and agenda for the AMWA-MAC chapter conference by responding to the survey we sent earlier this month. If you haven’t done so already, please respond right away so we can include your suggestions and prepare an event that will offer you the best in educational opportunities, luncheon speaker(s), and networking opportunities.
Thank you,
Stefan
